Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our inpatient team. This is a great opportunity for an RN who is confident caring for a diverse patient population and can work independently in a small, critical-access hospital setting.

Position Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Telemetry, PCU
• Location: Claremont, NH
• Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
• Start Date: September 21, 2026
• Shift: Nights
• Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts
• Weekend: Every other weekend
• On-Call: None
• Pay: $33.90 – $45.25/hour , based on experience
• Estimated Annual Salary: $70,512 – $94,120

What You'll Do

As an RN on the inpatient unit, you will:

• Assess, plan, provide, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process and critical thinking.
• Care for patients across a broad age range, from newborn to geriatric.
• Provide safe and compassionate bedside nursing care.
• Monitor cardiac/telemetry patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
• Work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of ICU, PCU, or Med Surg experience – REQUIRED
• 2+ years of ED experience – REQUIRED
• Telemetry experience – REQUIRED
• Current New Hampshire or Compact RN license in hand at time of submission.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS – AHA required
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and confidently in a small hospital environment.

Preferred

• Previous experience in a rural or small-facility/critical-access hospital
• Previous travel nursing experience is a plus but not required .

Certifications

• BLS – AHA
• ACLS – AHA
