Base Pay Base pay is DoorDash’s base contribution for each offer. When Dashers choose to earn per offer, Base Pay is based on the estimated time, distance, and desirability of the offer. When earning by time, Base Pay is based on the minimum guaranteed hourly rate for the time spent actively on a delivery.
