This candidate will perform tax technical research, assist with federal tax audits, lead tax planning projects, coordinate with internal teams as needed, and provide ASC 740 tax accounting support. To be successful in this role, the Corporate Tax Manager must have in-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.What you get to do everyday· Timely preparing and filing of all tax returns· Identify and mitigate tax risks· Review tax returns and quarterly/yearly projections· Develop tax strategies· Assist with international tax and transfer pricing· Implement best practices and improvements· Coordinate tax audits· Manage and mentor members of tax team· Review staff tax transactions· Oversee special tax related projects
