OverviewThe Acquisition Entrepreneur role is your path to owning cash-flowing businesses —without needing prior M&A experience.
You’ll work directly with our team to identify, structure, and close acquisitions of $1M+ EBITDA companies , while we support sourcing, financing, and post-acquisition operations.
This is not a job.
It’s a path to ownership and long-term equity creation .
Work with buyers and live deal flow to identify acquisition opportunities
Participate in deal structuring, negotiation, and execution
Engage with sellers, brokers, and financing partners
Move deals from initial conversation to close
You focus on driving the deal forward .
We support everything behind the scenes .
Deal sourcing pipelines and outreach
Financial underwriting and analysis support
Debt and equity financing strategy
Legal structuring and transaction coordination
Post-acquisition operational support
~$1M+ annual upside per closed deal (performance-dependent)
Equity ownership in acquired businesses
Done-with-you acquisition model
Access to experienced M&A operators and systems
Ability to scale across multiple acquisitions
Skip years of building deal flow and infrastructure
